Features

The connected tools your program needs to operate, connect, and demonstrate impact

Avryn brings executive visibility, coordinator workflows, documentation, participant engagement, configurable measurement, and operational reporting into one connected platform. It helps behavioral healthcare organizations strengthen continuing care, reduce fragmented work, and demonstrate measurable program impact without creating unnecessary administrative burden.

1 · Executive Dashboards

Know where the program stands without waiting for a report

Role-based views give every level of leadership the picture that matters to them.

Built for facility leadership and executive teams making resourcing and investment decisions.

  • Program performance, enrollment, outreach completion, participant connection, and outcome collection in one view
  • Cross-facility trends and comparisons for multi-site organizations
  • Alumni-attributed admissions and ROI alongside the operational measures leaders already track
  • Consistent metric definitions across facilities so leadership can compare programs using shared operating standards

Role-based dashboards help facility leaders, corporate executives, board members, and portfolio leadership focus on the measures most relevant to their responsibilities. Standardized workflows and portfolio-level reporting help organizations scale alumni and continuing care operations without recreating definitions, processes, and reports at every facility.

2 · Coordinator Workspace

A single place to see who needs attention today

Less time switching tools, more time on relationships.

Built for coordinators managing growing caseloads, scheduled outreach, documentation, surveys, groups, milestones, and participant relationships at the same time.

  • Daily caseload and a prioritized work queue
  • Full participant history in one connected timeline
  • Outreach, surveys, groups, milestones, and documentation in the same connected workspace
  • Reduced duplicate entry by bringing assigned work and participant activity into one organized experience

Avryn is designed to fit into existing operational workflows rather than creating another disconnected system for staff to maintain.

3 · Documentation

Turn conversations into a clean, defensible record

Create consistent, reviewable documentation that supports program quality, operational accountability, compliance review, and organizational reporting requirements.

  • Structured activity logging connected to each participant and assigned workflow
  • Consistent documentation standards across coordinators, facilities, and programs
  • Record history showing when information was created, reviewed, updated, and saved
4 · AI Assistance

Less time writing, without giving up oversight

AI assists with drafting and organization. It does not make clinical or care decisions.

  • AI-assisted draft documentation created from approved activity information, where enabled
  • Staff review, edit, and approve before anything saves
  • Authorized staff remain responsible for documentation, follow-up, and all meaningful decisions

AI-supported workflows should remain configurable, human reviewed, and supported by appropriate record history within the production system.

5 · Widgets

Build the dashboard your program actually needs

Avryn supports a growing library of configurable widgets so organizations can build dashboards around the measures, workflows, and responsibilities that matter most.

  • Add, remove, and organize widgets based on user role and organizational priorities
  • Choose from operational, engagement, outcome collection, admissions, referral, workload, and ROI widgets
  • Give coordinators, facility leaders, and executive teams different dashboard experiences
  • Use shared source records and consistent metric definitions across dashboard views

Avryn supports consistent metric definitions and shared source records so coordinators, facility leaders, executives, and board members are working from the same information. Widget availability may vary by role, facility configuration, implementation, and product release.

6 · Integrations

Work alongside the systems you already run

Avryn is designed to fit into your existing technology, not replace it wholesale.

Connectivity with any third-party system depends on that vendor, not on Avryn alone. We scope it with you during implementation planning rather than promising it up front.

  • CSV import and structured data transfer — available directly from Avryn, with no dependency on another vendor
  • Direct connectivity wherever a vendor publishes a suitable API and your organization holds the necessary licensing and permissions
  • Salesforce, Kipu, BestNotes, and electronic health record systems are the sources we are most often asked about
  • Integration scope confirmed during implementation planning, before any commitment

Avryn cannot guarantee connectivity with a third-party system in advance. Whether an integration is possible depends on the APIs and access that vendor makes publicly available, their terms, your organization's licensing and permissions with them, and the release stage of both products — and any of those can change without notice. Where a connection is possible, Avryn is designed to reduce duplicate entry and support shared data flows rather than requiring staff to maintain the same information across multiple systems.

7 · Security

Protecting participant data as a foundation, not an afterthought

Designed to support HIPAA-aligned workflows. Production use is subject to appropriate agreements, security requirements, and implementation controls.

  • A Business Associate Agreement is signed with every customer before go-live
  • Production architecture designed to support encryption at rest and in transit
  • Identity and authentication controls appropriate to authorized user access
  • Role-based permissions by organization, facility, program, and user responsibility
  • Logging and record history designed to support operational and compliance review

Final production security claims must match the implemented architecture, hosting environment, policies, contracts, and independent legal and security review.

8 · Mobile Experience

Work from wherever care happens

Avryn is designed to support responsive access across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices so coordinators can stay organized when they are away from a desk.

  • Responsive workspace designed for phone, tablet, and desktop
  • Priority work, alerts, and participant context available while staff are mobile
  • Consistent participant history and assigned workflows across supported devices
9 · Extensible Platform

Expand the platform as your program evolves

Avryn is modular by design, allowing organizations to add new workflows, measures, widgets, integrations, and role-based experiences without replacing the core platform.

  • Modular architecture designed to support additional workflows over time
  • New widgets and measures added without rebuilding the full dashboard experience
  • Role-based experiences that can expand as teams and organizations grow
  • Additional integration options introduced without disrupting daily workflows

Feature availability varies by implementation and product release. Your Avryn representative can confirm which capabilities are currently available, in development, or planned.

Avryn is designed to support continuing care operations and human review. It is not an emergency response service and does not replace clinical judgment, emergency services, or an organization's established safety protocols.
